Alina left a totally unrelated career to pursue her dream of becoming a children's book illustrator, hoping to spread joy and positivity to younger and older readers alike.
Since a traditional art education was impossible, Alina relied on her own motivation to develop the illustration abilities needed to express on the page the feelings and stories she dreamed of sharing with others.
She is passionate about painting colourful illustrations that tell a story, lightening the mood with humour, in a style reminiscent of watercolour.
Alina brings ideas to life from her home in Romania where she lives with her husband, and if she's not writing or illustrating she's reading mystery and fantasy novels.
